Most consulting firms have a boring "portfolio" page with screenshots and case studies written in corporate speak. This is different. It's a live demo — you can interact with the work right now. The sandbox shows that we build things, experiment, and ship.
Internal AI Agents
We don't just build with AI — we run AI agents as part of our daily workflow. Everything runs on our own hardware, no cloud LLM APIs needed.
AI-Assisted Development
We train specialized Hermes Agents on our own hardware — one focused on software development, another on system administration. Each is fine-tuned on different models for different types of tasks, with its own toolset and context. They assist us in building, debugging, deploying, and managing infrastructure.
AI Tooling
We're building a suite of AI-powered tools that run on our own hardware — message assistants that understand context, IoT sensor bridges that turn raw data into actionable insights, and interfaces that connect our AI agents to the real world.
Website Assistant
A custom in-house agent built with LangChain and LangGraph, continuously evolving with new features. It runs on a mini-PC and powers the "Ask Our Assistant" chat below — answering questions about BDS, our services, and our technical work.
Running models locally gives us full control over data privacy, response latency, and what knowledge each agent has access to. We've found that specializing agents on smaller, purpose-built models often outperforms a single general-purpose model doing everything.
